AI that
heals complexity.
Atara Systems provides human-centered systems and AI readiness assessments that help organizations improve workflow clarity, technology usability, and responsible AI adoption. We apply a neurodiversity-informed lens to identify friction and cognitive barriers that traditional analysis often misses.

Why We Exist
Technology should reduce complexity, not create more of it.
Many organizational systems and digital tools are built around assumed patterns of attention, memory, and information processing that do not reflect how people actually work. As a result, workflows become fragmented, expectations unclear, and technology difficult to use or sustain in practice. As organizations adopt AI, these mismatches often increase rather than resolve complexity.
Atara Systems exists to address this gap between human cognition and modern systems. We apply a neurodiversity-informed lens to examine how workflows, tools, and expectations function in real-world use, revealing friction and usability barriers that traditional analysis often misses.
The result is clearer workflows, more usable technology adoption, and systems that support the people who rely on them.
Systems should adapt to human cognition, not the reverse.
About Our Founder
We weren't broken... the systems were.
Solei Williams
Founder & CEO, Atara Systems
Atara Systems was founded by Solei Williams, a neurodivergent entrepreneur whose lived experience revealed a persistent gap between human cognition and modern systems. Many workflows and technologies assume patterns of attention, processing, and organization that do not reflect how people actually work in practice.
This insight became the foundation of Atara’s approach. Solei applies a neurodiversity-informed lens to examine how workflows, tools, and expectations function in real-world environments, identifying friction and usability barriers that traditional efficiency-focused analysis often overlooks.
Through Atara, she works with organizations to create clearer systems, more usable technology adoption, and environments that support diverse cognitive styles rather than forcing people to adapt to rigid structures.
Systems Fail When They Ignore Human Cognition
Many organizations operate with workflows and technologies that were never designed around how people actually process information, navigate tasks, and sustain attention. As digital transformation and AI adoption accelerate, these mismatches increase complexity instead of reducing it.

of organizations report clear processes for AI integration.
Most organizations adopt tools before aligning workflows and expectations. Technology often increases cognitive load when systems are unclear. AI adoption fails without workflow clarity and usability alignment.

Atara Systems helps organizations improve clarity, usability, and AI readiness through human-centered systems assessment. These insights also inform the development of SpectrumThrive, Atara’s product initiative.

Website, Landing Page & Funnel Audits
Clarity audits to reduce friction and improve conversion flow.
Independent assessments that identify messaging gaps, navigation friction, and cognitive load before redesigns, migrations, or AI-driven updates. Includes a neuro-inclusive accessibility lens.
Current focus: Website, Landing Page & Funnel Audits
- •Conversion friction and drop-off analysis
- •Platform migration readiness guidance

Systems & AI Readiness Assessments
Clarity-first evaluation of workflows, tools, and adoption readiness.
Assess how work actually flows across people, tools, and expectations, then identify where AI can realistically support operations without adding complexity. Delivered as a practical findings report and prioritized roadmap.
Current focus: Systems clarity and AI readiness
- •Workflow and expectation mapping
- •Tool ecosystem and cognitive load review
- •AI use-case fit and readiness recommendations

SpectrumThrive
AI support platform in development for autistic adults.
A calm, accessible environment for self-understanding, emotional patterns, and regulation. SpectrumThrive applies Atara’s human-centered design principles at the individual level.
Current focus: Product development and pilot planning
- •Designed specifically for autistic cognition
- •Calm interaction and low-pressure support
- •Separate product site and roadmap
Clarity-first systems for modern work
The economy is shifting, and organizations are adopting AI fast. But when workflows are unclear and tools stack up without cohesion, AI adds friction instead of help. Atara Systems exists to reduce cognitive load and improve usability so teams can operate with clarity, not constant overwhelm.
We deliver human-centered assessments now and we build SpectrumThrive alongside that work.
Born from Lived Experience
We build technology the way we wish it had always been built, by neurodivergent people, for real human minds, and shaped by lived experience navigating systems that were not designed for us. This work is grounded in clarity, cognitive accessibility, and emotional safety. This isn’t theoretical. This is personal.
