With over 10 years of experience in special education, Solei brings a unique approach to AI, focusing on how people actually learn, understand, and apply it. Her work centers on helping organizations reduce confusion, improve clarity, and adopt AI in a way that supports their teams. Through Atara Systems, she delivers AI training workshops, develops AI readiness tools, and leads initiatives grounded in her Human-Aligned Intelligence (HAI) Framework.

Co-Founder and CTO
Sky Harper is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Atara Systems, where she leads the technical development of the company's platform and tools that support its AI training and readiness programs.
