Founder and CEO
Solei Williams is the founder of Atara Systems, where she builds human-centered AI tools and training programs designed to make technology more accessible and practical for real-world use. With over 10 years of experience in special education and a certification in integrative health coaching, Solei brings a unique approach to AI, one rooted in how people actually learn, process, and function. Her work centers on helping organizations improve clarity and communication, and adopt AI in ways that support their teams. Through Atara Systems, she delivers AI training workshops, develops audit tools, and leads initiatives grounded in her Human-Aligned Intelligence (HAI) Framework.
Sky Harper
Co-Founder and CTO
Sky Harper is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Atara Systems. She holds a master's degree in cybersecurity and is a member of the WiCyS AI Security Accelerator Program and a NobleReach Scholar, positioning Atara at the intersection of AI capability and responsible security practice. Sky built the SpectrumThrive MVP from concept to shipped app and leads all mobile architecture and technical decisions across iOS and Android. Her technical work spans React, TypeScript, Python, TensorFlow, Supabase, and Anthropic AI, with deep expertise in AI systems, full-stack development, and security architecture.
